Mail Box Supports
Snow plows can be hard on mail boxes. Residents are encouraged to install a support for the mail box that swings away when hit by snow from the plow and returns to the original position.

You can also choose to build one yourself and plans are available at the County Website, click on Property & Roads tab, or call 320-255-6180. If your mailbox and support meets these specifications and is physically damaged by contact from the snow plow equipment, restoration may be made.
